Photoraku Junmai Ginjo Yoshikawa Yamada Nishiki is a limited edition Junmai Ginjo sake brewed by Miyaizumi Meijo in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture. This sake is carefully made from 50% of the highest quality Yamada Nishiki rice produced in the Yoshikawa Special A area of Hyogo Prefecture, and is characterized by its rich banana-like sweetness, smooth aroma, and deep flavor with glossy acidity. is. It has a dry yet dense body and a beautiful sharpness, making it an excellent companion to food. The capacity is 720ml and the alcohol content is 16%. Miyaizumi Meijo, established in December 1955 as Miyamori Keiji Sake Brewery, its representative brands are Miyaizumi and Sharaku.
