Purchasing alcohol

Combined shipping charges for alcoholic beverages

Regarding the number of items included in a package, a maximum of 6 items will be included in one package. (*Products over 100,000 yen cannot be bundled) For orders of 7 or more, you will be charged two shipping charges. (Wine, Champagne, Whiskey, Brandy, Sake/Shochu 720ml, Sake/Shochu 1800ml No box)

Return of product

We do not accept any returns due to customer convenience. However, if the product is defective or defective due to our company's causes, we will accept returns or exchanges. In that case, we will issue a refund after inspection. In addition, we will bear the shipping costs required to return and resend the product. If you wish to return the item, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the item (if you contact us after the 6th day, we will not be able to accept a return). Please contact us if you would like to return an item before leaving an evaluation.

About delivery date

Items will be shipped within 3-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Payments are confirmed at 10am Monday through Friday, so payments made after 10am on Friday will be processed at 10am on the following business day, Monday. Orders and inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be delivered and responded to on the next business day.
